Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange and Return

Exchange or return of the product is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, unless another period is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine or by the terms of the respective Seller.

CABANCHI functions as a platform / marketplace. The Seller of a specific product is the respective Seller indicated in the product card, order, fiscal receipt, commodity document, or other document related to the sale of the product.

The terms of exchange and return apply in conjunction with the Public Contract-Offer, the CABANCHI Company Policy, and other rules / information sections published on the CABANCHI Platform. In case of discrepancies, the Public Contract-Offer shall prevail.


Terms of exchange and return

Exchange or return of a product of proper quality is possible if:

- the product has not been used;

- the marketable condition of the product is preserved;

- the consumer properties of the product are preserved;

- labels, tags, seals, packaging are preserved, if they were on the product;

- a settlement document or other proof of purchase of the product from the respective Seller is available.

The respective Seller of such product is liable for the quality, completeness, compliance with the description, exchange, return, and consideration of claims regarding a specific product.


Exchange and Return of Online Orders

To process an exchange or return of an online order, the Buyer must contact the support service of the CABANCHI Platform or the respective Seller of the product in the manner specified on the CABANCHI Platform or in the documents to the order.

To process a return, the Buyer may be requested to fill out a return / exchange form or provide information necessary to identify the order, product, Seller, payment, and refund method.

The completed form, if provided to the Buyer, must be enclosed in the parcel with the returned product.

The return of the product may be made to the respective Seller or to a fulfillment operator / other person authorized by the respective Seller to physically accept the product. Physical acceptance of the return by the fulfillment operator or other involved person does not mean that such person is the seller of the product or the person obliged to return the funds to the Buyer.

Goods purchased at a discount can be exchanged or returned in cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The discount itself does not deprive the Buyer of the rights to exchange or return the product, if there are conditions for this provided for by legislation.

Goods with a discount of more than 50% and/or marked “Last price” may be shipped on the condition of full prepayment, if such a condition is specified during order placement.


Exchange and Return of Offline Purchases

Return or exchange of a product purchased in an offline store is carried out through the Seller / retail outlet from which the product was purchased, or in another way agreed upon with the respective Seller, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

To process an exchange or return of an offline purchase, the Buyer must provide the product, a settlement document, or other proof of purchase, as well as other information necessary to identify the Seller and the sales transaction.

Refunds

Funds for the returned product are returned by the respective Seller who received payment for such product, or by the payment provider on behalf of the Seller or in accordance with the rules of the payment system.

If the returned product complies with the return conditions, the funds are returned approximately within 3–5 business days after receiving the product and confirming the grounds for the return, unless another period is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, the rules of the payment provider, or the conditions of the respective payment method.

If a product from a mixed order is returned, the refund is made by the respective Seller in the amount of the cost of their product.


Shipping Costs

Exchange or return of a product of proper quality is carried out at the Buyer's expense, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, the terms of the respective promotion, or an agreement with the respective Seller.

In case of detecting a manufacturing defect, non-compliance of the product with the order, error in size, completeness, or other defect that arose through no fault of the Buyer, the delivery / shipping costs may be compensated by the respective Seller or paid in another way agreed upon with the Seller, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.


Goods Not Subject to Exchange and Return

Certain goods of proper quality that, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, are included in the list of goods not subject to exchange / return, are not subject to exchange or return on the grounds provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

Such goods may include, in particular, certain types of underwear / body linen, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas, and other goods determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
