Exchange and return
Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The goods can be exchanged or returned if they have not been used if they retain their trade dress, consumer qualities, label, and the settlement document that was given to the buyer along with the goods.
Online order Exchanges and Returns.
To make an exchange/return, you must fill out a form. This form is attached to your parcel. The form must be completed and attached to the parcel which you are sending back to the online store with the parcel.
Please note that products with a discount of more than 50% and with a red "Last price" mark - we ship with 100% prepayment and such products are not subject to exchange or return.
Offline Exchange and Returns.
Items that were purchased offline are subject to exchange and return only at the store where they were purchased.
If the item for return is in the commodity form, funds will be returned within 3-5 working days. Funds will be returned to the bank card.
Exchange and return of the goods are carried out at the expense of the client. In case of any manufacturing errors, size discrepancies, or other defects, the shipping costs are paid by us.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE.
- Underwear (underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas).
- Please note that products with a discount of over 50% and with a red “Last price” badge are shipped with an advance payment of 100% and exchange or return of such products will not be accepted.
