CABANCHI Company Policy

This Policy is an informational document and applies in conjunction with the Public Contract-Offer and other rules / informational sections published on the CABANCHI Platform, in particular regarding delivery, payment, exchange, return of goods, and processing of personal data.

CABANCHI functions as a platform / marketplace. The Seller of a specific product is the respective Seller indicated in the product card, order, fiscal receipt, commodity document, or other document related to the sale of the product.

By purchasing goods through the CABANCHI Platform, the Buyer agrees that:

1. The respective Seller of such product is liable for the quality, completeness, compliance with the description, exchange, return, and consideration of claims regarding a specific product.

2. Sellers who sell goods through the CABANCHI Platform strive to ensure proper sewing quality and compliance of goods with the description. In case of any claims regarding the quality of the fabric or the finished product, the Buyer shall contact the respective Seller of the product.

3. Upon the Buyer's request, the Seller may provide available information / documents regarding the fabric manufacturer, fabric composition, quality certificates, or other supporting documents, if such documents are at the Seller's disposal.

4. Goods purchased at a discount can be exchanged or returned in cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, if the product has not been used, its marketable condition, consumer properties, labels, packaging, and a settlement document or other proof of purchase are preserved.

5. Certain goods of proper quality that, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, are included in the list of goods not subject to exchange / return, are not subject to exchange or return on the grounds provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Such goods may include, in particular, certain types of underwear / body linen, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas, and other goods determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.

6. Return or exchange of a product purchased in an offline store is carried out through the Seller / retail outlet from which the product was purchased, or in another way agreed upon with the respective Seller, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

7. Self-pickup of orders placed through the CABANCHI Platform can be carried out from the agreed pick-up point at the address: Kyiv, Kazymyra Malevycha str., 86-Y, if such method is available for the respective order / Seller.

8. All questions regarding payment, delivery, exchange, return, product quality, and consideration of claims are resolved in accordance with the Public Contract-Offer, rules / informational sections of the CABANCHI Platform, and requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

In case of discrepancies between this Policy and the Public Contract-Offer, the Public Contract-Offer shall prevail.
