Delivery and Payment

CABANCHI functions as a platform / marketplace. The Seller of a specific product is the respective Seller indicated in the product card, order, fiscal receipt, commodity document, or other document related to the sale of the product.

The delivery and payment terms may differ depending on the Seller, warehouse, payment method, delivery method, country of destination, and technical capabilities of the CABANCHI Platform.

Detailed terms of order, payment, delivery, exchange, and return are defined by the Public Contract-Offer, this page, and other information sections of the CABANCHI Platform. In case of discrepancies, the Public Contract-Offer shall prevail.

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery of orders within Ukraine can be carried out by Nova Poshta or other available carrier.

Available delivery methods:

• delivery to a Nova Poshta branch;

• delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker;

• address delivery by a Nova Poshta courier;

• self-pickup from an agreed pick-up point, if such method is available for the respective order / Seller.

If when choosing delivery to a parcel locker, the Buyer cannot find the necessary parcel locker in the list, this may be due to the absence of free cells at the moment of order placement. In this case, the Buyer can choose the nearest Nova Poshta branch or another parcel locker with available cells.

Free Delivery

For certain orders, free delivery to a branch or parcel locker of Nova Poshta may apply.

The terms of free delivery, in particular, the minimum order amount, seasonal terms, the necessity of full prepayment, or other restrictions, are specified on the CABANCHI Platform during order placement or in the current rules / notifications of the Platform.

Unless otherwise indicated during order placement, free delivery may apply to orders in the amount of 8 000 UAH or more, subject to compliance with the terms of the respective promotion or delivery rule.

International Delivery

International delivery can be carried out by Ukrposhta or other available carrier on the condition of full prepayment of the order, if such a delivery method is available for the respective product / Seller.

The cost of international delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, the country and region of delivery, the carrier's rates, the method of shipment, and other terms of transportation.

Estimated tariffs for international delivery may be specified on the CABANCHI Platform separately. The final cost of delivery may be clarified during order placement or after confirming the weight / parameters of the parcel.

Customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges in the country of destination are paid by the Buyer independently, unless otherwise indicated during order placement. The Buyer is independently responsible for familiarizing themselves with the customs rules of the country of destination.

Payment

Payment for the order can be made by one of the methods available on the CABANCHI Platform during order placement:

• online payment by bank card through a payment service;

• payment via Google Pay or Apple Pay, if such method is available;

• payment to the current account of the respective Seller;

• payment upon receipt through NovaPay or other payment service, if such method is available for the respective order;

• other payment method specified during order placement.

Payment for the product is made to the respective Seller or through a payment provider that ensures acceptance, transfer, and/or distribution of funds in accordance with the technical model of the CABANCHI Platform.

In case of payment through LiqPay, NovaPay, bank, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other payment service, such service acts as a payment provider. The mere fact of payment acceptance by the payment provider does not change the identity of the Seller of a specific product.

Prepayment

For certain orders, the Seller may establish full or partial prepayment.

Full prepayment may apply, in particular, for goods with maximum discounts, individual orders, international delivery, or other orders for which such a condition is specified during placement.

If the Buyer wishes to place an order with payment upon receipt through Nova Poshta / NovaPay, the Seller may establish a partial prepayment, in particular in the amount of 200 UAH, if such a condition is specified during order placement or agreed with the Buyer.

The prepayment is credited towards the cost of the product of the respective Seller, unless otherwise indicated during order placement. The terms of prepayment return are determined in accordance with the Public Contract-Offer and the legislation of Ukraine.

Payment in Installments

Payment in installments may be available only for certain goods marked with the corresponding sign on the CABANCHI Platform, and subject to the availability of such service at the respective bank / financial institution.

The service “Payment in Installments” may allow splitting the purchase amount into several payments in accordance with the terms of the bank or financial institution.

The terms of payment in installments, the minimum order amount, the number of payments, the list of goods to which such possibility applies, and other terms are determined by the bank / financial institution and are displayed during order placement.

To use the service, the Buyer may need to:

- be the holder of the respective bank card;

- have an available credit limit or other possibility to use the service;

- confirm the transaction via SMS, the bank's mobile application, or other method provided by the bank.

If there are goods in the cart to which payment in installments does not apply, the Buyer may be suggested to remove such goods or choose another payment method.

Shipment of Orders

Orders placed through the CABANCHI Platform are transferred for processing to the respective Seller and/or fulfillment operator.

The estimated term for preparing and shipping an order is 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment or after confirmation of the order, unless another term is specified during order placement.

An order may be shipped from different warehouses or from different Sellers / fulfillment operators. In this case, the Buyer may receive the order in several separate shipments. This does not change the identity of the Seller of a specific product.

The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise indicated during order placement or in the terms of the respective promotion.\

Delivery Terms During Martial Law

During martial law, the terms for preparing and delivering orders may be increased due to restrictions on the operation of carriers, postal operators, warehouses, power supply, communications, curfews, the security situation, or other circumstances.

Shipments are made to working branches, parcel lockers, or delivery addresses that are available at the respective carrier at the moment of placement / shipment of the order.

Carriers may not guarantee the exact delivery term. The CABANCHI Platform, Sellers, and fulfillment operators take reasonable measures for the fastest possible processing and shipment of orders.

Self-pickup may be temporarily unavailable depending on the security situation, the working mode of the warehouse / pick-up point, or other circumstances.

Recommendations Upon Receipt

The Buyer is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages, the external condition of the parcel and the product upon receipt at the branch / parcel locker / from the courier, if possible in accordance with the carrier's rules.

In case of damage to the packaging, shortage, traces of opening, or other damage to the parcel, the Buyer is recommended to record such circumstances in the presence of the carrier's representative and contact the carrier in accordance with their rules.

Also, the Buyer can notify the respective Seller or the support service of the CABANCHI Platform about the situation to facilitate communication.
